Palle Technologies reserves all rights to revise prices of any product or tutorial or any content of this website at any point of time for any reason without any prior intimation. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which we will charge as applicable. You agree to pay any taxes applicable to your use of the Subscription Service. All fees are exclusive of any VAT, Service tax, GST or any other applicable law and tax deductions. Fee and prices of our content or tutorials or products are subjected to change based on market conditions. The seat and venue of Arbitration shall be Bangalore and shall be governed by the Applicable laws of India, provided that the foregoing shall not prevent palleuniversity.com and/or its owners from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Bangalore only.
